DACHSER invests 5 million euros in Slovakia

Global logistics service provider DACHSER extends its logistics center in Lozorno near the Slovak capital Bratislava. A new warehouse will be build, offering space for around 12,500 pallets, so the usable logistics area will grow to a total of 64,000 square meters.

Construction is set to be completed by the end of the year and the facility launch is planned for February 1st 2018, offering 30 new jobs. The new warehouse will be set up for industrial and consumer goods serving the needs of existing customers and being directly connected to the DACHSER Eurohub in Lozorno.

The new warehouse will have a usable height of 14 meters and offers space for 12,500 pallets on 6,800 square meters. A team of international specialists is responsible for installing latest IT equipment in accordance to the global standards of the DACHSER Group.

Dachser Slovakia can offer customers regular daily direct transports to the Czech Republic and destinations in the Slovak Republic, Hungary, Austria, Poland and Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia and the countries of the former Yugoslavia.
