New DACHSER locations in South America
To handle the growing import and export business, the logistics provider is moving its locations in Chile and Argentina. By expanding its regional offices, DACHSER is responding to the growing demand in the market.
“Chile and Argentina have great business potential. In light of the growing import and export business there, prospects for the logistics industry in particular are very promising. We’re relying on the strong integration of our air and sea freight activities with DACHSER’s European overland transport network for this region as well, in order to provide the appropriate support in South America”, says Guido Gries, Managing Director Americas.
Forward-thinking choice of location
Both of the new offices are strategically positioned in close proximity to numerous companies and in their respective country’s major import and export hubs: Buenos Aires and Santiago. The country organization in Argentina was established in 2006, and the logistics provider has been operating in Chile since 2009.
