DACHSER and Fraunhofer IML continue research partnership

The Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics IML and DACHSER are extending their collaboration in the DACHSER Enterprise Lab for a further three years. Their partnership will continue to focus on research and development projects with practical application benefits for the DACHSER network. These include digital technologies such as data science and artificial intelligence (AI), real-time locating systems (RTLS), 5G and the Internet of Things (IoT), autonomous vehicles, and adaptive warehouse systems.

DACHSER Sweden creates more space for growth

The logistics service provider is relocating its activities from Malmö in Sweden to the port and industrial city of Landskrona, one of Sweden's most important logistics locations, around 50 kilometers from Malmö. The move is planned for the end of the year.

DACHSER in the Netherlands puts new warehouse into operation

DACHSER has put a new warehouse into operation at its Dutch site in Waddinxveen near Rotterdam. With space for 10,000 pallets, the new 6,900 square meter storage facility increases the site's capacity to a total of 55,000 pallet spaces.
