DACHSER at transport logistic 2019

At the leading logistics exhibition this year, logistics provider DACHSER will be presenting its portfolio of services at a 600-square-meter booth in Hall B6 from June 4–7 in Munich. As befits our theme of “Optimal Fulfillment Through Integrated Connectivity,” trade show visitors will be able to learn about optimized fulfillment solutions and integrated and digitalized processes at DACHSER.

DACHSER breaks ground for a new logistics facility in Unna

DACHSER is building a new logistics facility in Unna, east of Dortmund. It is investing some EUR 44 million in building a warehouse with space for 22,000 pallets, a transit terminal with 9,400 m2 of floor space, and an office building. The new site in Unna will go into operation in the fourth quarter of 2025 with around 120 employees. In the medium term, 290 people will work there.

Premiere for battery-electric yard vehicles

The first fully electric swap body carrier has recently been in operation at DACHSER's Danish branch in Hvidovre near Copenhagen. More of these vehicles are to follow soon for other branches.

DACHSER Norway expands to Kristiansand

DACHSER is strengthening its network in the Nordic region and in Europe with a new sales office in Kristiansand, southern Norway. The goal is to attract new customers in the south and west of the country and help the company grow. Up to now, DACHSER Norway was limited to a branch in Vinterbro on the outskirts of Oslo.
