Digitalization is an integral component of the corporate development of DACHSER. That´s why we are continually expanding our ERP systems, and with them, your capabilities in eLogistics. There is a wide range of functionalities with eLogistics, such as requesting products and prices, submitting shipment orders, tracking and tracing, and the downloadcenter with invoicing and packaging materials data.

With our eLogistics blog, we have opened yet another communications channel to our customers. We not only provide regular information about improvements and changes on the blog, but also give you a voice to make suggestions and ideas on how DACHSER can improve eLogistics.

A special highlight is our worldwide multi-modal tracking and tracing system in eLogistics. In this logistics milestone, we have integrated the tracking and tracing systems of all air and sea freight countries in one application for the first time. With transportorder, you have access to a system that allows you to manage all of your orders over the web. In addition, combining transportorder and labelprint makes it possible to noticeably reduce the number of clicks when shipment volume is high. With our new warehousecontrol, you can follow processes in the distribution centers down to the last detail, and you can do it with even better usability. You get an overview of all relevant data and processes, from receiving, to stock information and tracking your shipment order, all the way to batch tracking and delivery to the recipient. We are also continually improving the individualization options in our applications. You can already adapt the eLogistics applications to fit many different processes. We are developing a checklist that will enable you to review the various steps of the order registration process for specific orders.
