Management change at Müller Fresh Food Logistics
After more than 25 years at the helm of Müller Fresh Food Logistics, Jan-Peter Müller will hand over the reins to Barry Stegeman, currently Commercial Director at Müller Fresh Food Logistics, on January 1, 2025.

Increased number of phishing e-mails to DACHSER customers and partners
Customers and partners of DACHSER currently receive a large number of fake emails, so-called phishing mails, on behalf of the logistics service provider. In this, the fraudsters attempt to target information from customers via an attached PDF file marked as a DACHSER form.
DACHSER Hungary celebrates its 25th anniversary
DACHSER founded its first country organziation in Eastern Europe in Hungary in 1999 – at that time as a joint venture under the name of LIEGL & DACHSER – seeing development potential in the country. The expectations have been confirmed: in the last decades, the number of employees has increased to around 400, the annual net sales amounted to EUR 107 million in 2023 and almost the entire DACHSER service portfolio is available at the 7 locations in Hungary, including road, air and sea transport, food logistics and contract logistics.

DACHSER celebrates its 20th anniversary in Austria
With the founding of DACHSER Austria 20 years ago, DACHSER expanded its international network and set a new milestone for successful and sustainable growth. The Austrian country organization now has a strong branch network with nine locations, employs almost 700 people and generates an annual turnover of 202 million euros. Located in Austria, an important logistics hub in Europe, DACHSER Austria plays a crucial role in the global logistics service provider's network.
Strong initiative against the shortage of skilled workers
The shortage of drivers and skilled workers is a concern for the economy and logistics in particular. It is considered to be one of the critical bottleneck factors for future growth. With DACHSER Service und Ausbildungs GmbH, the logistics service provider launched a sustainable qualification offensive ten years ago. DACHSER is now one of the largest trainers of professional drivers in Germany.

DACHSER acquires food logistics provider Brummer
With the acquisition of Brummer, the partner in the European Food Network for the transport of temperature-controlled food between Germany, Austria, and neighboring countries, DACHSER is strengthening its network for the transport and storage of food in Europe.
Connected in the electrification age
The switch to electromobility is changing logistics chains worldwide. Swoboda, an automotive supplier based in Germany’s Allgäu region, sees this as an opportunity. To pursue it, DACHSER is helping the company reorganize its global supply chains.

The DACHSER platform receives the prestigious Annual Multimedia Award in silver in the Digital Services category: Apps, Tools & Voice User Interfaces etc. The award confirms that the digital customer platform meets and in some cases exceeds all basic requirements in terms of user-friendliness, design and stability. With this award, the DACHSER platform also receives external recognition that it meets DACHSER's strict security and quality standards.
DACHSER honored for successful app community
DACHSER has been honored with the "Citizen Development Empowerment Award". With this award, smapOne AG honours the logistics service provider's success in building a global community of employees who build their own applications without programming knowledge and thus drive digitalization within the company.
DACHSER acquires Swedish food logistics provider Frigoscandia AB
DACHSER has acquired the leading full-service provider in temperature-controlled and frozen food logistics in the Nordic region, Frigoscandia AB, headquartered in Helsingborg, Sweden. The acquisition is subject to approval by the European competition authorities.
